Lot of assignment, homework and task to do?? Attracted by computer games? can't stop reading at the Facebook? so you can't focus and get your work done?!

Actually it is very easy to focus on your task...just apply this:

"Don't FXXX anything else until you get your work done!"

Straight to the point isn't it? So let's practice it, if u need your own focus.
